Key Responsibilities:
Customer and Policy Servicing
Sales Support and Monitoring:
- Provide support to the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations to individual and corporate clients.
- Support intermediaries with the sales process.
- Follow up on in-progress applications and leads.
- Analyse the quality of sales and service provided through customer interaction and data analysis.
- Delivering product and system training to intermediaries.
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Multi-tasking, able to prioritise and meet specified turnaround times.
- Proficient use of MS Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and improving customer experience.
- Previous experience within the life insurance industry and/or financial services would be considered an asset.
